I am trying to edit my quote templates that are accesed from the "settings" option. (Not the templates that are accessible from the messages window).
I can modify the text, but when I click on "Save", nothing happens.

@Meckell desktop. Tried it in both Chrome and Safari - same results
@MR referencing our Troubleshooting article, have you tried restarting either browser or the device? Or have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on either browser?
@Kameron Yes, tried on 2 different machines,,, 1 mac and other Windows... same result
@MR in that case I recommend reaching out and working with our support (800-948-2034) in real-time so they can get a full view on the issue and report it to our product teams if necessary.
