I see your point  @CompleteWeb , but even removing phone and internet as a default won't fix most of it.  Contacts who think a Pro is local must figure they don't have to look for phone or internet help.

This is why I get so many out of state contacts who've selected "Professionals may travel to my address, I will travel to the pro up to 25 miles" - sometimes I'm the only pro they contacted; how does that look good for Thumbtack when I have to decline?! I can't even let them know the reason, unless I pay for the lead.
