I recieved an e-mail from TT yesterday asking me to complete feedback regarding my partnership with my account manager. I'm not aware that I even have an account manager or any interactions I've ever had with ANY account manager. I didn't know TT had an account manager. I'm not sure why I would be receiving this.
LOL. The same, no idea I had an 'account manager'.
