Hi,
I was at the event and it was great. Natalie was very helpful in teaching me how the platform works. I was talking with Cameron, and let him know that it would be very helpful if the individual FAQs for promoted skills were dedicated to the promoted skill, and not populated with the responses for our general FAQs.

I had my head shot taken at the recent event. I just texted with help to ask when I can expect to receive my head shot. They don't even know what I am talking about. A little disconcerting.
