I have been experiencing difficulties posting photos and pdfs with my quotes. These materials are necessary to insure success. This has been ongoing for two years. My iphone is great, and all my apps are updated regularly. Customer support is baffled. I am constantly having to message customers that TT’s system is glitchy, and I will send info later. Of course, this leaves a less than favorable impression of myself and Thumbtack. I would very much appreciate some intercession of this issue. Thanks.
@Meckell: When I write a response message (or any message) the attachment option does not allow photo attachments ever. The error emoticon (red triangle with exclamation mark) appears Tap and retry does not work either.
