I want to say something nice about Thumbtack. We can all use a bit of positivity, I think. I just called customer service to request a refund for a duplicate request where I was contacted by the customer on both pages. Not only did I get through to customer service in less than 3 minutes, the agent was great! She was friendly and went to my page right away to check the situation. She even joked that the customer had been nice enough to apologize if she had contacted me twice! She immediately refunded the charge and asked if there was anything else she could help with and even sounded as if she meant it. It was a great experience that took me back to the way it used to be.
