While we've always offered refunds in these cases, going forward,you won't have to worry about reaching out to us each and every time this happens.
Now, you automatically won’t be charged for a customer who contacts you for a second time about the same job. We believe that you shouldn’t have to pay for the same customer twice, and you shouldn’t have to contact us to get a refund in this situation. So if we detect that the same customer contacts you for a second time about the same job within a week, then we automatically won’t charge you the second time the customer contacts you.
