Time limit on reviews?

A customer just left me a 4-star review (breaking my perfect 5-star record on Thumbtack) for a job I completed two years ago.

Shouldn't there be some kind of time limit?

Hi there @RoseMort. Customers can post a review either within one year after they submitted the request, or within one year of the last day the pro worked on the project. If this isn't the case, we want to take a look at the review and see what's going on. Reach out to us and we can get started: https://help.thumbtack.com/article/how-to-contact-us.

Thanks so much, Meckell. I just chatted with an agent. They are going to contact the customer to provide proof that I have worked with her in the past year. If proof is not provided (which it won't be since it was done in May 2016), then the review will be removed.
