Voice/piano teacher here. I’ve completely stopped using your service since you changed your policy. You sent me leads multiple times that said something along the lines of “this person picked you out of all of the other professionals in your area, all you have to do is pay to book the job.” So I did that twice and guess what, the jobs were NOT booked because they were way out of my preferences. When I called your customer service to get a refund, they were reluctant because they said it was because I “didn’t have my preferences set up right,” but I most definitely did... I just don’t even feel like it’s worth it, I get more customers through referrals/word of mouth/posting flyers and that’s almost free. I would be willing to possibly try again if you went back to the old way of pricing or even did like a charge the customer sort of thing. I think sometimes “customers” just send these quotes when they are not really serious about it, and it comes out of MY pocket.
