Hello- 1) I think you are overcharging for security camera installs. Most security camera jobs are a couple hundred bucks at best there is no way I am going to take a chance at bidding it for $20 a pop. 2) I think if there is a misconfusion when the customer contacts me and they don't actually need my services you should reimburse me. I know this is hard to catch but it's annoying when I call or respond to a customer to find out they are looking for a service I don't offer. 3) If I have a discrepancy over a lead there should be a simpler process for me to appeal the lead.
