Hi, this is a problem I have. We are one of the top Pros. We know exactly how you get there and how to remain there. Unfortunately, all of the other movers know how as well. I have found that for some of the movers that are not legitimate companies, their approach is to kick your legs out from under you in lieu of bettering their own business model. Recently, we sustained to negative reviews from individuals for whom we have never worked. One of them went as far as to file a complaint and state that we had damaged their property. When the rubber met the road and it was time for them to verify that we had actually work for them, they disappeared. They have not spoken to Thumbtack again nor would they answer any requests we made to address this fictitious problem. What I need to know is how can we get these reviews removed. It seems that if you guys cannot match up emails to a prospective customer and existing mover that the use stand no matter what. I would greatly appreciate you supporting your clothes, who actually make the payments to bid in lieu of fictitious customers who don't have a dime invested. We spend somewhere in the neighborhood up $2,000 to $3,000 per month would you guys. I would like a little loyalty. Instead, it seems like you're more anxious to kick one of your prose out and believe some individual on the other side of a computer terminal from which you have no history with. This is very disheartening.

I have filed many complaints about other moving companies sending job requests pretending to be a customer. Recently, I have been getting notifications that customers have picked our profile out. However, whenever we respond, no one ever responds back. This has cost me over $200 is thus far. It seems to me that if you guys can't link a known email address to a customer then your professionals, who paid the bills, are just at a loss. I would like for you to give your customer support agents enough latitude to use some common sense. When a request obviously comes from another moving company or someone with a personal vendetta, your support agents should be able to refund the money and especially, remove a fake review. Those are my only problems with thumbtack.
