I was just charged over $28 dollars within a 24hr period for 4 people asking the same question: "What's your availability?" Often when you respond (since you're charged already!), you NEVER hear back from them. I'm currently 1/2 way to my budget limit (in less than 24hrs/1 day), so I can't imagine (and never will) increase(ing) my budget to get more "leads". Thumbtack, you should take a page from Bark's marketing book (which they took from you), and after paying/being charged for leads, you release 100% of that customer's info (phone #, email), after all we were charged for it, so let us follow-up with all their contact info released...it's a true win-win-win situation! As professionals, I (and I'm sure others), do not want to spend our time sending multiple follow-up messages via Thumbtack to be ignored, or to see that they also asked the same questions to 15 other pros, can you say...CHA-CHING! 🤑 Thumbtack, I really believe you can come up with a better solution that benefits the Pro, and not just the customers, yourselves and then...the Pros.

Two things, please and Thank you: 1. Can we go back to adding page numbers to the bottom of our "sent" quotes? It's extremely frustrating to have to scroll down, load more pages (load more pages, etc), until you find what you're looking for. One the available jobs, you do have page numbers... 2. Also can we go back to putting a color button to show new (viewed/status updates) on the quotes? You can easily have 10 quotes, but with the current format you have to (again) scroll down to find a "viewed quote", instead of being able to easily see a button (i.e. blue/orange/red?). - Lisa
