I have recently relocated to a new state. Despite having my travel preferences marked I am getting requests for over 80 miles away very often. Now and then I get a person asking me an odd question, like "are you available for my party?" and after I answer I can never reach them again. I almost feel like they are Thumbtack employees who are doing it so that I have to pay $15 for a contact that is not legit. So far, I do not like the latest methods of getting clients.
