@Meckell The answer is no, not for my profession, pet sitter/dog walker. It used to, until certain questions were taken away for the customer to answer. Now my requests are so vague that I can't possibly answer. Of course, I have mentioned this numerous times. Oh, and not to mention the 150 mile radius!!!!! HaHaHa ---  Not for me! My radius is 5 miles! Why waste my time and money, and a requestors time with something so ludacris? Again, this is for my profession, only. It needs to be customized for each, not a blanket area for everyone. I, too, have seen a very useful question removed. Really only pertains to my profession, though. I am a pet sitter/dog walker. I set a 5 mile radius. There used to be "what are your cross streets?" This was very helpful in determining if I could do the job. Some of our zip code areas are so wide that it could take me 45 minutes to get to the job. For $15-$20 it is not worth it to me, especially when the customer wants 3 visits a day. Because I don't use promote, I get job requests 2, 3, 4 hours away, which I have to ignore. It must get as annoying to the customer to not get any response, due to being sent to the wrong Pros, as it it is to us  being sent the wrong customer. The moderators delete posts all the time, and ban people from the forum, if they do not like what people say. They say they want constructive criticism, yet if it is not all positive, they delete it. According to some people, the mods even block private messages between members. There is a facebook page (not run by thumbtack) where we all can actually speak our mind and voice our concerns with the dissatisfaction of the way thumbtack is now being run.
