Thanks! I appreciate the kudos! As redundant as it may be, my No. 1 tip to success is the C word. COMMUNICATE! If I've heard it once I've heard it hundreds of times... they didn't show up. They didn't call. They were late and didn't tell me. Many of my REPEAT customers call me out for my communications skills...it ain't rocket science folks...it's Business 101. Today more than ever, today's customers, whether retirees or young professionals, live by a schedule. You inject yourselves into that routine when you throw out a response to a job request. OWN IT. You show respect for your prospect when you give the a quick text or call as to when you will be arriving, or it you are going to be late. Heck, they feel respected when you reschedule! They may not like it, but by communicating even bad news, it is more well received than not meeting expectations by omission or neglect. I guarantee that if you COMMUNICATE WELL you will generate more business and income.
