My name is Krista!
My fitness journey started with running then transitioned into bodybuilding, ironman triathlon and functional fitness! I also have a degree in nutrition and I am a certified fascial stretch therapist as well. In addition, I also have over 10 fitness certifications in the areas of breathwork techniques, kettlebells, functional range (joint flexibility), functional hypertrophy and striking.
I specialize in working with women on body transformation through strength training while keeping longevity at the top of mind.
My workouts are fun, energizing, and challenging. My goal as a coach is to help you not only transform your physical body but build mental confidence and habits that will translate into other areas of your life. I believe that is the difference between a trainer and a coach.
I believe in leading by example and I have dedicated my life to discovering new ways to live the healthiest and happiest life I can! I hope to share with you not only my knowledge of fitness but other pieces that can help enhance your wellbeing.
