Theo Simon is a passionate Exercise Coach from San Diego, CA. He grew up participating in recreational sports and skateboarding. After graduating from Mount Carmel High School, Theo started lifting weights and studying kinesiology. His training evolved from weight lifting to a more balanced and functional approach.
In 2012, his passion for movement inspired him to leave his full-time job as a Web Designer to become a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. Theo has 6+ years experience working in public, private and corporate settings. Theo has helped a wide variety of clients with their fitness goals. His clients range from athletes to sedentary individuals looking to improve fitness. He enjoys coaching clients from all levels and emphasizes these important areas of training:
