At age 10, I determined that I wanted to be an attorney and have my own firm. I came from a working class family and my parents were union members, while they were alive. Determined to succeed and make my own way as fast as possible, I went summers, while in both college and law school and complete both 1/2 a year sooner than normal. I am a graduate of the prestigious New York Law School. In December, I will have been a licensed attorney for 35 years. I always represent people against lenders, I never represent creditors and I fight hard for my clients. I am a member of the New Jersey State Bar, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bar Association and I am admitted to both the U.S. 2nd & 3rd Circuit Courts of Appeal.
