I listened to the pricing explanation and other than the charges us Pros incur from Thunmbtack for a customer who reaches out to us (too high - much preferred the previous way of quoting for much less and then getting charged only if we landed the job), we're supposed to not be charged if the customer sends us a No Thanks reply. The biggest problem with this is that 9 out of 10 customers DO NOT send us a No Thanks reply! Suggestion: Wait a week from the customer's original request and if there isn't a No Thanks reply and the job went to someone else then don't charge us! There's nothing worse than being charged up front multiple times the previous credit fee and not landing the job! Try to require the customer to send a reply to all the Pros they reached out to!
