Similar thing just happened to me. I had a client leave 2 reviews by mistake. The first one was not really relevant for my business but the second one was. I called Thumbtack to let them know what happened and if they could remove the first review. Instead they remove the second one and flag my account for breaking the policy. However I read the policy and no rules were broken. My account is on hold now for 10 days and I am not able to reach out to potential leads. SO frustrated!!! I have already paid this website alot of money for leads and now I can even contact them.
