What do you find most confusing about our pricing? That I don't know what I'm going to be charged ever. What would you consider to be a fair price? 5%-10% is a fair finder's fee from my experience. That's from a guarenteed gig/service though. You are charging that based on response and not guaranteed gigs. I get that you need to mitigate from people taking the conversation offline, but maybe having a smaller fee for every bid you make is more equitable. If you can get the platform large enough, that means you'd make a tiny amount on every bid. I think the idea of getting credits and being able to use some of those for future bids is a good system - it will keep your best vendors around showing your loyalty to them as well. What are other ways we can make using Thumbtack worth it for you? Making it clear to the customers that if they respond the vendor will be charged. That to me would be helpful.
