When this new method came out, I had a lengthly conversation with someone in the office at Thumbtack... I expressed that I was appalled at the new system and wanted nothing to do with it. She assured me that I was not alone in being unhappy about the new system. I asked that she relay my message up to the top folks who were decision makers at Thumbtack to express my ire and disappointment. I have withdrawn my credit card info from your data base. Obviously, many share my view point about this new pricing system. I will not be coming back until you return to a more reasonable and fair price plan.
