Review Classified as Unverified when Client was a Thumbtack Client

I just realized that if you provide the review link to clients whose cases are completed, even if they were a Thumbtack client, that it automatically classifies it as an unverified review that doesn't go towards the TopPro status.  Does anyone know if there is any way to modify the reviews to verified when they are clearly cases obtained through Thumbtack and completed? ... The same thing happened to us. My guess is that the potential client didn't like the way that Thumbtack handled their request or they didn't like the amount that we were quoted. We never had any contact and the name is only initials. We plan to subpoena the records from Thumbtack and go from there. In my opinion, it is a false post about services received because no services were received, and we all agree how damaging a 1-star review is to business, and therefore, I think it could support a defamation claim. ...
