Your pricing is confusing because it seems to change with every possible variable. I feel a set price would work best, say $5, $8, $10,$12 per lead. I also, believe that if a customer responds back to you but doesn't give you an opportunity to present a quote, then why should we have to pay for that...a refund should be given when leads turn out to be bogus or seem fishy. This has happened to me on many occasions and no refunds received, just lame email excuses as to why I won't be getting one. I've even had to ask why my customer that accidentally gave me the wrong rating, when she sent a request in writing asking to have my rating changed from a 4 to a 5 star, her request had fallen on deaf ears. I'm a Top Pro in the top 4% with a perfect 5-star rating. I shouldn't have to deal with these hassles. My whole life I've been in Customer Service and pride myself on giving top care to my customers. As a customer of yours, just saying, something is missing. Food for thought.
