Booking Inquiries Study
Thank you so much for offering your feedback on booking inquiries. Your feedback helps us create a better experience for both our pros and your customers. This phase consists of weekly check-ins over the course of 4 weeks, and once you complete all 4 check-ins, you'll receive compensation of $200.
As part of these weekly, prompts we will also put out periodic calls for live 1 hour interviews—conducted through dscout—with one of our researchers that may dive into your current experience with booking inquiries in more depth along with getting your thoughts on potential product improvements.
Instructions
You’ll participate in weekly discussion threads with other members of the Thumbtack pro community. We'll post prompts on Tuesday of each week, and there will be a total of 4 prompts:
- May 27 - Introductions and Initial Reactions
- June 3 - Ongoing Experiences with booking inquiries
- June 10 - Assessing Customer Readiness
- June 18 - Wrap Up and Wishlist Features
