Hello, I don't know if this has already been explained, but I have a question about booking inquiries: can the customer contact only one company? I noticed that after changing to booking inquiries instead of direct leads, I am no longer being contacted exclusively. The person always contacts between 2 and 5 different companies. Unique contacts sometimes happened to me with direct leads. And if it happens that the company is the only one contacted by the customer, would the charge be automatic or only if the customer schedules? Thank you.

Pros and Cons:
Pro:Was able to make a booking,
Con: Had a misunderstanding with someone once she wanted to book she could send me the address or book on the day we agree on.
Workflow : The way I was doing it before was easier. most of my booking are per message. the booking I was able to book I had to call the customer cause the booking was Non-responding.
This happen a few times when I try to book.
Also, I was talking to a customers, We agreed on a day. I hit the booking request. I don't know if the customer was aware that she had to confirm the booking because. she didn't confirm and couldn't send me address or contact information. On the day she message me asking if I'm still going.
