Booking Inquiries Beta Testing Research

Welcome to Phase 2 of our Booking Inquiries research project!

Thank you so much for offering your feedback as part of the diary study. Your feedback helps us create a better experience for both our pros and your customers. This phase consists of weekly check-ins over the course of 6 weeks, and once you complete all 6 check-ins, you'll receive compensation of $250.

As part of these weekly, prompts we will also put out periodic calls for live 30 minute interviews—conducted through dscout—with one of our researchers that may dive into your current experience with booking inquiries in more depth along with getting your thoughts on potential product improvements.

As a reminder, after completing the research, we'll revert you to the previous direct leads experience, but we will keep you updated on expansion of this feature should you be interested in continue to use it.

Instructions

You’ll participate in weekly discussion threads with other members of the Thumbtack pro community. We'll post prompts on Tuesday of each week, and there will be a total of 6 prompts. Our tentative schedule:

• February 18 - Ongoing Experience with Booking Inquiries
• February 25 - Feature Asks - If you had a magic wand…
• March 4 - Ongoing Experience with Booking Inquiries pt. 2
• March 11 - Comparing Booking Inquiries with Direct Leads
• March 18 - Wrap up

You’ll be expected to engage with at least 1 other participants' posts weekly and you must respond to prompts by 5pm local time every Sunday.
