@makeupbyaafra Pros can qualify for swag on their 1-year anniversary. Occasionally we have opportunities to win swag here in the Community and we'll be testing some other swag options in 2025, too!1 -

I made the refund request right away, and yes you can add a text when you request it, but when they deny it, there is no communication opened1 -
