Thumbtack review standard message can't be customized

I know that Thumbtack has a standard message embedded in the email that we can send to customers to do a review but it seems a little ridiculous that we can't customize it on the platform. I don't know why it took me over 4 years to realize that the message that goes out implies only I did the work when in fact I have a team that should be referenced for many jobs. I have an email that goes out to my customers through my CRM when a job is marked completed that can request a Google review but actually prefer the Thumbtack request come directly from within the platform.
