Leads coming in 15 minutes delayed

Anyone else been experiencing this?

Sometimes i will get a lead and will respond to it within 30 seconds of receiving, and it will say I responded within 15 minutes.

This is clearly a bug that just started happening. I have text messages and email notifications enabled and the time stamps don’t lie. Iv called Thumbtack and they claim there is no error on there end.

My response time went from 1 minute to 3 minutes, and every time it happens it makes my response time go up.

Here is a photo of it happening today. Look at the time stamp

    Hi @Yourestweclean sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and clearing cache and cookies on your mobile device? When I was a Thumbtack pro I had a similar issue and that fixed it. Let me know if you've tried this and if it helped!
