I have tried all avenues to get in touch with customer service. And I see recent posts here that no one has been able to get in touch with anyone.

I am trying to reply to my first lead and when I did - TT says it's trying to confirm my identity!! What does this mean? Now I look like I am unprofessional because I don't reply to this person. That is hurting my reputation. Is it worth it?

    @sandrak You will need to complete the account set up process. When you log in you will see a banner indicating that - click through and complete the steps. If you're still having issues after you do that, let me know!

    Also, you do not have any messages/leads that I can see so it doesn't look like you have missed anything.

    I'm not sure on that - could be emails regarding "opportunities" that are different than direct leads? You can check your email and text notification settings in your settings tab!
