Documents and esigning for fitness professionals

Hello!

My name is Andrew Lehane, owner and personal trainer at Trainz 4 Gainz. I was wondering if Thumbtack had any documents we could utilize for liability purposes, insurance, and Par-Q's? I do know that would go a long way with the community if not available now.
