Reviews
I had 25 5 star reviews on thumbtack and I was getting so much work that I turned Thumbtack off for a bit. Now my reviews are gone and I have emailed for help many times, but no one answers at all. Why is it so hard to get some assistance from Thumbtack?

Ok @Guylevy50 it looks like you created a duplicate account so you weren't seeing the old one. It has been fixed. Can you log in and check now and let me know if you're still not seeing the reviews?
