Not showing up in search results

Hi, @Solomiia — you don't have targeting turned on for any of your categories, so you won't show up in search results. Here is an article that explains your targeting preferences. I would also recommend:

• Adding some featured projects
• Getting a few more reviews (you can have up to 10 unverified reviews)
• Responding to the reviews you have
• Answering the FAQs section in your profile
• Making sure you have your budget and Max Lead Price set to the numbers you are comfortable with spending

Once you do turn targeting on, all of those other things will help you to rank higher. Hope this helps!

@Solomiia When I logged in to the account connected to the one you posted from here in the Community, targeting was off in all categories. Do you have more than one account? I am happy to look into another one, if you'll send me the email address associated with it.
