Contacting CEO or Management re: instant booking money grab

Has anyone had luck contacting a person who might actually care about the consequences of Instant Booking to the working man/woman? TT has waltzed away with hundreds of my hard earned dollars on cancelled and bogus leads and I'm a small fish. I can't even imagine how much they've taken from us collectively....it makes me sick. Does this advisory board exist? Better Business?

I have heard that the CEO responded to some people when contacted through LinkedIn. Not sure if it did anything in the bigger picture, but at least someone responded besides Dusti.
