Why my 20+ pro reviews disappeared? Need help

greetings,
I am a pro with a moving company. Licensed and insured. Been using your platform for a while, spent good amount of money. I had over 20 reviews, about 25 I believe, and now they are all gone and I only had 1 review left. It's all been acquired by hard work. Why did you guys delete my reviews? Can you put it back please.
