How do you turn off batch leads?

I started using Thumbtack about a year ago, and it was working out well for me. But that was when I was getting only one direct lead at a time before having to pay for it. However, a few months ago, I started getting 2-3 direct leads before having to pay the balance, which caught me of guard. My business is still pretty small, so I have difficulty paying it enough for it to work for me. Does anyone know how to turn off the batch leads option, or have a work around for it?

    @HFPhotos I don't think you can turn off or change the way your card is charged. I believe after a certain amount of time or money spent on Thumbtack it automatically goes to this batched method. But, I can ask around and see if there is a work around for it!
