My clients review should have posted in time

My last client review the client told me it was posted and it never showed up. I messaged him and he checked it and his review did not save, so he re-did it. If it had gone correctly the first time I would have platinum. Can this be changed? I need Platinum to keep getting more customers.
I can send TT the conversation with the customer showing him saying it’s done, then me asking him to check it and him having to resubmit. If it’ll help.
The client logged back in and it wasn’t there, so he recreated it, after the end of month.

@pmpazo unfortunately we are not able to go back and adjust the date of a review (or your status). However, you will get that platinum status as soon as you unlock it (you don't need to wait until the end of the period). And, to get the yearly Top Pro badge, you only need to reach platinum status 2 out of 4 periods during the year. Hope this helps - and sorry that happened to you!

PS I checked and you are looking great - as long as you get to the points requirement by end of February you will reach platinum status, you already have all of the quality requirements nailed!
