Unable to Update Travel Add-Ons
Things I have already tried: Clearing my cache and using different browsers. I got my first lead today. Yay! Unfortunately, my price shows as $34,448, because somehow the add-on is listed as $34,428. I tried to update the price for the Travel Add-on to $50 and then to $2 because I wasn't sure if this was a per-mile charge or what. However, when I go to that screen it will show my updates but is still listing my price for my mobile notarizations as over $34K. Please help asap!

Hmmm…. this is strange. It looks like you have everything set up correctly. It looks like you have another lead in your inbox - can you open that one and see if it looks correct? (It is also highly recommended to respond within 1 hour and this was 4 hours ago - so I'd respond soon if possible). Let me know if it looks right (the travel fee).

Also, just to confirm, when you initially set up pricing, what amount did you enter in the travel fee box?

I think I put $50 in that spot, but I'm not sure what I put previously. However, I couldn't update the price today at all. I did delete my notary services and set it up all over again. The other lead in my inbox is from my husband. I have put in a trouble ticket for that one. However, when I responded to the other lead, it shows that my request is over $34K for them.

I got a credit back on the other lead which was my husband trying to help me figure this out, but I'm concerned about the other lead that is quoting the customer the over $34K travel fee. How do I get in touch with support as I'm having difficulty getting assistance with that one.

@DustiO I emailed them and then they sent me a message to contact them via a form. I updated my travel to $2, thinking that this might have been $2 per mile. I was mistaken. Now I got a request to travel likely 40 minutes away for $2. I am very confused by the travel blank and I can't update the travel response for this person either. I think I may need to deactivate my account or do you have any other suggestions for how to fill out the travel and also how to update it when I respond to the person. I do not want to drive that far for $2. In the previous one the person is likely not responding because the total cost says over $34K for the mobile notary service.

I think the $2 was how you had it set before (if I remember what I saw before). When did you update to the $50/$75? Everything looks right when I log in, but it's hard for me to know when things were updated..

Also - have you tried calling support vs email? I would definitely fill out the form they sent, too. I believe this just helps to ensure that your email goes to the right folks to help you!

I'll call them today. I needed to update that $2 because I thought it was $2 per mile. I was worried that when I originally had it as $50, it was doing $50 per mile. I decided to deactivate that part of my business until I got a good understanding of what caused the $34K for travel. Thankfully, the person who was $2 for traveling over 30 miles away one way said they didn't need anyone anymore.

I really think that $34k was a bug, so hopefully when you call support they can help with that! But, from what I can see, everything looks right now!
