Hello, I am noticing that new messages are often taking 20 minutes to come in as a notification through email, and sometimes won't come in at all. Is there a way to fix this? I have already attempted to toggle the notification button on/off and the issue still persists.

@AnytimeGarageDoor_24 I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I would also recommend enabling push and text notifications if possible. I would also be sure that Thumbtack emails are not getting directed to your spam folder. If you try all of this and it's still happening I would definitely reach out to support@thumbtack.com
