@Jenny Hi! Currently we only have swag for pros' 1-year anniversaries on Thumbtack as part of the Pro Rewards program that launched in 2021 — so if you hit that 1-year before then you wouldn't have received anything. We are looking at ways to celebrate our more tenured pros though, so stay tuned!
