Error submitting responses to reviews

I am getting this message when responding to reviews. Is there any way I could get a hold of a human that can help me fix this?

Hi!
I would recommend trying the basic trouble shooting (clear cache and cookies, uninstall and reinstall the app, etc) and if that doesn't work then I would recommend reaching out via support@thumbtack.com so they can help submit a bug report.
