As a business with no employees and where all of the work is completed by subcontractors, their work is my livelihood. Reviews are king in today’s world! What helps me succeed is that I only use one subcontractor for each trade. This ensures consistency and easily managed quality because all of my subcontractors know what to expect and how high my standards are for all of their work.
