Any suggestions for how to get some customers to reply, when you contact them within seconds

@KnightMove1995 are you replying in the Thumbtack messenger and also texting or calling? I know I have heard tons of pros recommend that. We've had a lot of discussions about this in our CommuniTEA sessions and the pros there always have a lot of great advice for situations like this!
