in Thumbtack Pro Rewards

I have consistently received 5 star reviews and earned points but now they are gone…this platform seems scammish in a lot of ways, but again the clients help over look somethings on the back end…how do we get some consistency with this platform and recognizing the local pros? I was summoned here to pick a reward but now I can't choose. some insight would be greatly appreciated.

    @DBess_Sweetsipsbar23 your rewards points will refresh every 3 months, and they just reset on June 1 (so this is likely why you saw points and now do not see them). You are able to redeem a code for swag on your 1-year anniversary on the platform (if you had reached at least Silver status during that period) — it looks like you hit that one year mark about a year and a half ago (in January of 2024), so the redemption code that you would have had would no longer be valid, unfortunately. You can see your rewards progress here so you can track where you are each period and you can read about how the periods and overall program works here. I know it's a little confusing, so I am here if you have more questions about how the Thumbtack Pro rewards program works! But, it looks like you are doing great!

    What is hard with the rewards system is the amount of leads have dried up for months, so the status gets lowered to Gold, or even Silver even though my response, profile and reviews are all great, my status will always be lower because I get like 3 leads a month at times.

    @Matt I just posted this answer in another thread, but you may not see it — we are exploring other ways for pros to earn points if there is less demand in their area/industry. This is something that is top of mind for me as we work to improve the rewards program.

    Next up would be requesting a better profile editor, where we could actually move photos in a specific order! 🤞
