How Long Does It Take for Background Check?

So last week I encountered "Sever error" when submitting my SSN for a background check. I found an old post here and submitted my background check through checkr. It's been a week or more and is still processing.

How long does it typically take? I was under the impression it would take around 24 hours.

    Ok @jcsomerville it looks like you were sent an email requesting a little more identity information — check your inbox and send the requested info and you should be good to go!
