California PPO License Not Listed – Manual Verification Request

Hi Thumbtack Team and Community,

I’m a licensed California PPO (Private Patrol Operator) verified by BSIS, and I’ve completed my profile setup—including uploading my license and professional photos. However, the PPO license type isn’t listed in the dropdown, and I’ve submitted a manual verification request.

I’d appreciate guidance on how to get this approved so my profile reflects my credentials accurately. I’m committed to compliance and transparency, and I want to make sure clients can see that.

If a moderator like @DustiO or someone from support can assist, I’d be grateful.

    @TrooperSecurity You can see what licenses can currently be verified on Thumbtack here. If that type of license is not one that we currently verify I would recommend putting it in your intro and letting customers know in your initial message!
