Why do I have everything for Silver rewards, but it refuses to give it to me?

@SpectrumVictor I totally knew the answer to this question, but didn't think about it! Your reviews for Pro Rewards need to be verified reviews and it looks like all of your reviews are from customers outside of Thumbtack. I would recommend getting a few reviews from your Thumbtack customers to get that rating for Rewards up. Hope this helps!! Thank you for the patience!

Did they review you from their project, or did you send the your review link? If you sent them your review link, it wouldn't have connected it to their project, so that may be the issue. You can reach out to Support and they can help get the reviews verified if they were a Thumbtack customer. Luckily, this rewards period just started on 9/1 and you have until 11/30 to qualify, so you've got some time to get it figured out :)

There isn't a review count requirement, only a review rating requirement, so if you have gotten 2 you should be good to go! I took a quick look and you are at Silver and super close to reaching Gold — nice work!
