Pro Advisory Board Announcement Sans Legal Voices

I recently received the email regarding the announcement of the pro advisory board. There are no legal perspectives. This impacts the pro side experience of the app. For years, I have struggled with the way TT gains potential clients for us, filters leads, and manages refunds. I say years, because I had another account with a prior firm I sold to another attorney. So while I appear to be a new pro member, I am not. Anyhow, to TT - add some attorneys to your pro advisory board. We need representation. Legal clients are different. And yes, I did offer to consult with TT years ago - to no avail.

    @DallasinSeattle thanks for the feedback — I wish we could have every single category represented on the board, but for now we are limited to a smaller cohort. I will for sure keep you in mind if any opportunities for direct feedback in your category come up. Also, if you have any category specific feedback you'd like to share, I am happy to pass it on to the team!
