    So excited as I've been asking for this! I just tried the new feature and unfortunately it only uploaded half of my reviews. It tells me I have 8 in total I can upload and then only uploaded 4. The other reviews all had text and not just stars, so I'm not sure why they didn't go through. Can I get some help on this? I'm tried updating, but nothing changes.

  • I can’t even get the option to show up, I followed the instructions and there is no “import from Google” option

    @EPhetsa @Amillernotaryservice I logged in as both of you and I was able to see the option — maybe try killing the app and then restarting to see if you see it then? If you still don't see it, let me know! I would recommend reaching out to support@thumbtack.com so they can log a big report if you aren't seeing it, but would recommend following basic troubleshooting steps first.

    • Uninstall & reinstall app
    • Clear cache & cookies

    Also, @EPhetsa you'll see in the Help Center article that it will only import reviews that have the reviewer’s name, the date, rating, and review text — could this maybe be why some of them arenot showing up?

    @DustiO yes all of the reviews have all of those. I just tried signing out and back in and clearing my apps cache, but still the same

  • @DustiO I got it to work from the desktop site on my computer. Still doesn’t work from the app. I tried everything, Updated app then Deleted app and reinstalled, cleared cache and cookies etc. still doesn’t work on the Pro app.
